Ms. Gulnaz Shaikh
Chief Executive Officer, Soormiyun Cultural and Development Organization
Ms. Gulnaz Shaikh leads Soormiyun as its Chief Executive Officer, driving the organization's mission across women empowerment, cultural promotion, and climate action. Her work engages communities, institutions, and media platforms to advance equity and social change.
Alongside her leadership at Soormiyun, Ms. Shaikh is also the CEO of Takori Impex (SMC-PVT) Limited, a platform that promotes Pakistani handicrafts and locally made products — connecting artisans from diverse backgrounds with wider markets and reinforcing cultural preservation through livelihoods.
She is regularly featured on television programmes, in newspapers, and on YouTube — using these platforms to raise awareness on women's rights, cultural diversity, and climate justice.
